Teleflex is a global diversified company with 2006 annual revenues of $2.6 billion. The company designs, manufactures and distributes quality engineered products and services for the medical, commercial and aerospace markets worldwide. Teleflex employs more than 19,000 people worldwide who focus on providing innovative solutions for customers.
As CIO, Randy is responsible for all IT strategy and execution, as well as global HRIS. He has led Teleflex's transition to an integrated and aligned business processes and business solutions environment; with a global delivery model that crosses businesses and borders. Randys responsibility is driven across different industries (including FDA and FAA regulated), in a multitude of geographies, cultures, and end market dynamics. He also leads the business / IT integration strategy for acquisitions, as the company has more than doubled in size during his tenure, in addition to leading IT through $500 million of divestures since 2004.
Randy's also leads the company's Strategic Development, global operational excellence, including lean and six sigma. He has held P&L responsibility and currently leads key shared services, including logistics, and has also led Asian sourcing.
