John Leffler

Mr. Leffler is the Managing Partner of our Global and Americas SAP Practice and a member of IBM’s Global Leadership Team (Integration and Values Team). He is also a member of IBM’s Global Business Services North American SLT (Senior Leadership Team). He has over thirty years of experience in the implementation of business information systems, including active leadership in over 40 successful SAP implementations.  Many of Mr. Leffler’s SAP projects have included global, multi-division, rapid, value-based implementations. He has extensive ERP solutions experience, and is recognized as a global thought leader in the areas of implementation strategies, executive and business alignment, and value creation .

Mr Leffler is noted for the development and enhancements of the Global Process Design/Template and Global rollout concept utilized for many successful Global standardization projects. Many of Mr. Leffler’s engagements are focused on enabling his clients to achieve global business process transformation through technology and process innovation.  Mr. Leffler is regularly the Executive Sponsor for our largest, global SAP Implementations.  Mr Leffler is also noted for jointly initiating with SAP the “Team SAP” concept and the Global Quality Assurance Program. He is also actively engaged on IBM’s “Labs/R&D” joint development program with Global Business Services.
