Executive Vice President and CIO, Philadelphia Stock Exchange
As Executive Vice President and CIO, Bill is responsible for the technology division of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX), which currently trades more than 1,900 stocks, over 2,200 equity options, and 19 sectors' index options, as well as currency options and futures. He is also President and CEO of Advanced Tech Source (ATS), a subsidiary of the PHLX that provides technology hosting services. Bill currently serves on the Society of Information Management Board of Directors, the Villanova University CIO Advisory Council, the LaSalle University Information Management Advisory Board, and chairs LaSalle's Faculty Involvement Committee.
