Carlos Cartagena

Outcome Measurements Specialist

Carlos Cartagena has worked with and for non-profits for over 8 years. He has provided multi-level services to residents in Philadelphia ranging from direct services to individuals, to community work with community groups, organizations, and coalitions. Carlos has worked as a program supervisor, community organizer/program coordinator, group facilitator, case manager and counselor. In the course of his work, he has monitored program requirements on different databases, and has built database components in order to capture relational data for reporting purposes. Carlos has two certificates in computer technology, an associate’s degree in Behavioral Health and Human Services from Community College of Philadelphia, a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University’s School of Social Administration, and is currently in his last year of graduate school obtaining his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
