Rosemary Conroy Hughes

Rosemary Conroy Hughes is an experienced project manager with a specialization in non-profit technology management. Immediately prior to her current position at NPower PA, Rosemary worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst for Harmony Information Systems, where she successfully managed over twenty enterprise software implementations for health and human service provider agencies.

Prior to that position, Rosemary worked in a variety of administrative and program evaluation positions in Philadelphia-area social services, including eight years at Catholic Social Services of Philadelphia, where she was Manager of Continuous Quality Improvement. She served on the Catholic Charities USA Outcomes Task Force and was a founding member of the Quality Leaders Network, a Philadelphia-based organization for professionals who are engaged in both organizing and providing quality assurance and quality improvement services within the social service arena.

Rosemary has a Masters degree in Urban Studies from Temple University with a concentration in social service program planning and evaluation.
