Lisa Shulock
Executive Director
Lisa is the founding Executive Director of NPower Pennsylvania. Prior to starting up NPower PA in 2002, she served as the Executive Director of CHOICE and Director of Operations for Project H.O.M.E., leading major technology implementations at both nonprofits. She has also served as a congressional staffer for Representative Edward J. Markey. Her for-profit experience includes work as a senior information systems manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and vice president for business development of a start-up recycling company. Lisa holds a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale University and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
