Spreadsheets aren’t just for calculating numbers. Excel is an excellent way to manage data, members, donors, programs or events without using a cumbersome database. Some data management can be done in a spreadsheet without the daunting task of purchasing and learning a database program. If setup correctly, the data is easily transferred to a database when appropriate.
