Computer Technician Intern Position
NPower PA is currently seeking an intern to assist our Technology Consultants with basic PC maintenance and troubleshooting and basic networking support. The intern must possess good writing skills in addition to excellent customer service skills.
Our program offers the opportunity for Interns to gain real-world experience while being exposed to some of the exciting challenges and opportunities at non-profits. The program requires the Intern to complete 240 hours of work on a part time flexible basis.

Duties
Basic PC maintenance
- Install operating systems
- Windows updates, antivirus updates, spyware detection and removal
- Install and configure business software
Networking support
- Setup POP and Exchange email accounts for users
- Troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems
Learn to work with MS Servers
- Assist our Senior Technology Consultant on server installation projects
