NPower PA Members

* Organizations marked with asterisks are NPower Scheduled Support clients. Scheduled Support clients receive regularly-scheduled on-site visit by NPower technical consultants. These visits include maintenance on client computers, servers, and networks, including protecting computers from viruses and spyware, installing the latest software updates, and ensuring that backups are running properly. Additionally, NPower consultants provide proactive troubleshooting to ensure our clients' infrastructure runs smoothly between scheduled visits and perform any technology tasks that clients have identifed. All of our Scheduled Support clients gain access to our highest levels of service, including the NPower PA Help Desk (a free 1-800 troubleshooting hotline donated by Computer Aid Inc.), Remote Server Monitoring, and our quick-response Emergency Services.
