Mission
The Wood Turning Center supports and develops the wood craft community via education, art acquisition, preservation, and promotion
Challenges
- Need to support high numbers of simultaneous visitors
- Need to maintain high aesthetic standards to "look like a gallery"
- Paper-intensive, manual system inadequate to track sales and inventory
- Databases insufficient for tracking critical information

- Enhanced databases to support business infrastructure and helped them convert their catalog
- Continues to maintain center's network of computers and server
Outcome
The gallery is efficient and beautiful, delighting visitors while promoting the wood turning art
